How do you handle website design?
- We have an initial face to face meeting to figure out the details of the project and the individual needs of the customer.
- Next we schedule a second meeting where a price will be quoted and a mockup of the potential website will be presented.
- After the second meeting a time will be set for delivery of the website.
- Payment for design work or website work is handled 50% upfront and 50% upon the delivery of the finished website or design work.

Yes, our operators work around the clock to cater to each customer’s individual needs. Morning, noon, or night you will speak with a live representative, from right here in the United States of America; as Vario does not outsource under any circumstances.

How lenient are the prices?
Our goal is to provide each customer with the best service at the most affordable price. While each customer’s needs are different, the customer will be quoted a price prior to Vario beginning any project so that there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

Will you meet with me for a general consult?
Yes, we find it important to meet each customer in person to discuss their options and individual needs, and how we can meet their needs at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

What makes Vario better than a Fortune 500 company offering the same service?
What sets Vario apart from the big businesses is that the customer gets to personally meet and get to know each agent, and is provided with their individual agent’s personal contact information so that they can easily contact them. Will Vario host my website?
Yes, in addition to the creation of the website, Vario will also offer to host the website on our private servers to help with future support and keep the monthly subscription fees at a minimum.

Will you price match?
Yes, it is more important to us to serve the customer than to charge the most, so if the customer is able to find any service cheaper we will match the cheaper price to better help serve our customers.

What are your preferred payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and Western Union.

Do you offer payment plans?
Typically we do not offer payment plans, but we will work with each customer to find an affordable price.

Do I have to have my website hosted through Vario?
No, while website hosting is one of the many services we provide, it is not essential for the customer to have their completed website hosted on our server. However, we won’t leave you hanging either. Vario will personally handle all the technical aspects associated with moving the completed site to the hosting service the customer prefers.

I would like a website where I can sell my merchandise, can you do this?
Yes, e-commerce websites are among the most popular websites on the internet, and among the most popular among Vario’s clientele. We will even show you how to fully operate and manage the website once it is complete, and the best part is you won’t have to know a thing about coding because we build user friendly as well as operator friendly websites!

Once my website is built how easy is it for me to manage it myself?
Once your website is complete we will personally meet with you to walk you through how to use it and manage it yourself at no additional cost to you.

If I am outside of the state of Ohio, what will it cost me to set up a consult?
Typically consults are free to central Ohio; other areas in Ohio will be based upon gas for the round trip and a small consulting fee. For those clients outside of Ohio the consult fee will be based upon gas, or flight fee plus hotel fee. However, if we travel out of state for a consult, and you decide to go ahead with the setup of the website, we can typically build the site from start to finish in a few days to avoid the added expense of having to fly back later.

Can I use my existing website or domain name if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily obtain your current information from the server it is on and move it to our own.

Can my site potentially look like this one?
Of course, when it comes to website layout and design anything you can possibly imagine can be done. We will work closely with you to refine your ideas and expectations then build the website to reflect them.

How long will I have to wait for the initial meeting?
We do our best to set up the first meeting within 5 days of the initial call, or as soon as the customer is available, same day is usually feasible.

What is the typical time frame for a website to be completed?
Typically once we have had the second meeting and the pricing and content of the site are established the site can be live in 7-14 days, much faster than any of our competition. However, website completion can be accelerated for a small additional free.

I live outside of the United States, is that a problem?
No problem at all, we have clients all across America and even internationally.

Do you do logo design?
Yes, our current clientele prefer to look to our custom logos to reconsider their existing logo. Furthermore we’d love to handle all your marketing and advertising needs!

Can you help my current website be found on places like Google and Yahoo?
Yes, our analysts will take a look at your website for free and then quote you a price before ever touching one line of code.
